LARGE CELL CALCIFYING SERTOLI CELL TUMOR. REPORT OF ONE CASE
Sertoli Cell Tumors are less than 1% of all testicular tumors. We report a 14 years old male presenting with a left testicular mass. Orchiectomy was carried out and the pathological study informed a Large Cell Calcifying Sertoli Cell Tumor (LCCSCT). Its association with the Carney complex and Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome was subsequently discarded. Surgical excision was completed with a radical orchiectomy. After eight months of follow up, there is no evidence of tumor relapse.
